Through the Dream Achievers Program, Chase’s Chance has supported students with food, technology, classroom resources, and experiences designed to expand what they can see for themselves. That has included helping students access study-abroad opportunities and experiences that take learning beyond the classroom.

The goal is simple: remove barriers that can stand between a young person and the opportunities in front of them.

The ‘Dream Talk’ Series creates space for young people to hear directly from people whose stories, careers, and experiences can expand their sense of what is possible. Through conversations and shared stories, young people encounter new ideas about who they can become, where they can go, and what they can build.

Because sometimes, seeing what is possible is the first step toward imagining yourself there.

We believe young people should not only receive opportunities to make a difference. They should have opportunities to create them.

Serve With Heart is part of Chase’s Chance’s commitment to making service something young people can participate in, not simply something they watch adults do. By creating pathways for young people to serve their communities, we are investing in their ability to recognize needs, respond with intention, and understand that their contributions matter.

Service is not just something we give. It is something we practice.

A chance should not stop at a zip code.

Our work has extended beyond our local communities to support students and families in Liberia, including providing rainy-season rain gear, school supplies, and backpacks.

These efforts reflect something we have believed from the beginning: when we see a need, we look for a way to respond. Whether that need is in a classroom down the street or a community across the world, we believe resources can help make opportunity more reachable.
